What this policy covers
This policy explains how KingSauce Hairstudio handles information when you use the KingSauce iOS app.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, optional phone number, account identifier, and loyalty balance.
- Booking details: selected service, date, time, booking status, price, and any note you enter.
- Notification data: a device push token used to deliver account-specific booking updates and shop announcements.
- Advertising and technical data: Google Mobile Ads may process IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers, ad interactions, product interactions, crash data, and performance data, depending on consent, device settings, and regional requirements.
How we use information
We use account and booking information to create and manage appointments, prevent double-booking, provide support, operate loyalty features, and deliver relevant notifications. Advertising and technical data may be used to display and measure ads, maintain security, diagnose faults, and improve app performance.
Service providers
We use Google Firebase for authentication, database storage, cloud functions, analytics infrastructure, and push messaging, and Google AdMob to display advertisements. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the app, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep account and booking information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. Account deletion removes the account and associated app data unless retention is legally required.
Your choices
You can manage notifications in iOS Settings and, where required, open Privacy Choices from the Profile screen to update advertising consent. You can delete your account inside the app under Profile → Delete Account.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted network connections designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
The app is a general booking service and is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should manage bookings for children.
